The number of chapatis is very concerning. Body has gotten used to high carb diet it seems. Cut the chapatis. Rest can be addressed later.

i have kichen weight macine my roti are of 20gm weight each and normal indian roti is of 40gm weight and we need at least 100gm of that so i take eat at least 5 roti

I will recommend substitute carbs with protein like nutrela. A veg thali full of veggies and rotis and limited Dal will not provide a balanced diet.
Also reduce salt intake with salad or cucumbers.
Protein makes you full for longer time. If you see the vegetarian platter , protein is missing.
Protein is also good for regulating blood sugar level. Carbs cause a spike in blood sugar post diet. Just my 2 cents based on nutritionist recommendation and successful weight loss experience. I am not a nutritionist.weight training will also help a lot.

Not exactly a perfect quantity, but around 0.5 to 1 medium or small onion is the normal amount at a time, I think.

it is 50gm of onion which is under normal limit

its look like lot of chhapati but my chhapati is 20gm weight and hence total 100gm of chhapati which is below limit
