Trying to balance the food intake. Smoothie for breakfast, salad for launch and dalma for dinner.
77.3 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's not a balebced diet..you may consider proper food 🍲 in less quantity otherwise you won't be able to follow all this.. You can't just have salad for lunch..body needs energy, proper nutrients, minerals

I'm having trouble ...help meee...I'm eating only 500 calories a day because I'm scared if I increase because they say after losing weight metabolism slows down and you become more fat so I always stick to 500. ..is it good?

plus my weight routine started since last year and before I was 52kg thought not so over but. now I'm 44kg n I'm happy bout the result..I walk Everytime went to the gym like aproximately 2months...but one thing I'm having trouble my face looks like it's the same I'm not losing weight in my face...soooo any suggestions

500 cals a day is way too less and unhealthy. It may lead to harmonal imbalance. calculate your TDEE and have deficit of only 30%

I know but...right now I'm increasing bit by bit my calories ...N this pp helps me...

That's good. But just be careful. It might work well for some time like crash diet but may backfire in long term. You want something which will sustain in long term. For fat on your face, you cannot reduce fat from any particular body part. Once you lose overall body fat, face fat will eventually reduce. May I know your height ? 44 kgs looks less to me.

I'm 4.11...I know....but this journey for me is because of my face fat...I don't care much bout overall..now my overall is perfectly fine but the fat face just can't seem to go away....do those exercises for face really works?

dear, you are loosing muscles so increase your daily protein intake ,Omega 3, fibers and cut down on sugars and take multivitanmins for fatloss.
