Wow, I guess low calorie diets do work... Four days two kilograms!
57 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 3.5 kg a Week

In case you're wondering, I had an apple and a cup of milk for breakfast everyday, ate on the same time everyday, eliminated everything that was sugary or high in calories from my diet and worked out for an average of half an hour everyday. I DON'T recommend this to anyone... It's totally not healthy.
