I wanna lose weight my calorie intake is 1000 calorie burned is 500 from cardio 1000 from walking 500 from aerobics how much time needed to lose weight.

@amanyadev i used to take 1000 calories.. But if u were to follow this in the long run ur metabolism will be lowered. U may reach ur goal fast..but as u do so.. We all have a tendency to eat more than 1000 calories a day, you will gain twice as before and all ur hardwork will be wasted. I suggest you to takr more than 1000 cal.. If not instead of losing your weight.. You will start losing ur muscles... So take those with less carbs.. But more in protein. Check out this video in you tube by frumpyfit... How to lose weight... I'm sure it'll really help ya!
