After a month of laziness, started with my workouts and healthy eating again. And results didn't let me down😁🤗

1.2 kgs down in 10 days.🤸🏻‍♂️
75.5 kg Lost so far: 36.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
