so I finally thought of doing 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week but I found out that doing cardio without weight training results in both fat and muscle loss. I don't have dumbbells at home. what should I do?

you can use filled water/eny drink bottle, can 🥫 ,or instead of dumbbells.✌🏼but I used books 📚 packed by band and bag of soil/sand.

yah you can use water bottles but during the work out always hydrate yourself it's good to sweat alot
