hlo guys... I've recovered from my stomach infection now. I would like to ask for some help as I'm often feeling very fatigued when I have to exercise and I don't get time for the rest of the day to exercise. how can I stop this fatigue preventing me from doing exercise.

hi, I don't know your situation. but fatigue in exercise time may caused your stomach is full or empty. exercise minimum 1-1:30 hours after eating.

antibiotics may caused fatigue. please drinking minimum 1 full glass water with 💊.
