the best option is to track calories of what you consume in 24 hours. The most important thing is to remove unwanted oily foods and stop sugar. Do some exercises every day and believe me you will see results coming from the 1st week. Also, you must weight food before you eat bcx it will give calorie count. All the best.

Prepare a good diet plan because you have to maintain your health for whole life not just for a period
So, have meal in a way that you enjoy your meal like normal days
Don't just focus not loosing weight
Focus on a good routine
The more we think about weight ,food,muscle
More we do psychological damage to ourself
