just join sadguru programs!!! now I'm into brahmacharya..... My routine goes like wake up at sharp 5am. 15 min of warmup 30 min of intense exercise 15 min of rest 10 min of stretching 30 min of meditation study for at least 3 hour Lunch sharp at 12:00 pm (sitting on floor whithout any other distraction pray to god and chew with 30 times) 3 hours of study again 1 hour rest then again 3 hour of study Dinner at sharp8pm. 1 hour of walk/vajrasana sleep at 10 pm. its my 4th day i lose around few pounds..... feeling so great....... may sadguru bless you....
