It wouldn’t put a break on your journey. It’s just one day. Believe me, eating a little over your RDI wouldn’t do much harm unless if you make it into a habit or do it at a continuous pace. Once in a while is perfectly all right.

Thanks Tanya for your kind words and encouragement. After that Biryani meal, I skipped a meal and it helped me to be on track. I had to give a break to my journal for the past three days as I was in a different mood. And now I am back on Track! See you tommorow fighters....
