@mukesh bhardwaj bro muscle building is a slow process. Our body don’t change overnight, you just have to eat in a slight caloric surplus and see how your body react to it with different diets. Baki mujhe time laga gya thoda gym me newbie tha to sb seekhne me.

Bro, muscle building and bulking are two different processes. Do not mix them up. You seriously need to replan your diet plan.
