from today I've started doing Chloe tings workouts so I'm exited for next weeks weigh in
57.8 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@simwadhwaa Lots of good luck to you!!!!! Plus I have also tried a couple of her challenges last summer and let me tell you that they are really effective. Also remember that sometimes you might feel low and want to quit but be consistent and tell yourself that "l have come this far and now I can't just let go of all that effort for a stupid reason......." but remember this too that sometimes it's okay to just not complete a challenge or goal but what's most important is your health so make sure to skip the exercises if you feel sick.....Keep fighting!!!!!! 😉
