guys I reduced 1.4 kg in just 4 days🙈🙈 oh my god I'm soo happy.. now I'm serious motivated😭😭😭
54.2 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

wait madam....in first days u will reduce faster but when ur body adapt the changes ...reduction rate will slow down...but keep motivated urself and dont stop untill ur goal complete

@sachin.. 😂😂 it's ok if it's fast in beginning. I was just happy that i can reduce.. Coz I have always tried but never saw any different in body.. This time coz it worked.. I can keep going

@sonu I don't believe someone is asking me😅😅 To be frank I don't know either but I can share what I did.. Morning chloe ting beginner workout Breakfast 2 roti and any one cup vegetable One hour walking after breakfast Lunch salad(carrot cucumber) walk one hour Dinner 2 roti any vegetables walk one hour That's it😅😅

Wow,thats great..keep going..however when you feel your weight reduction is staggered.increase the intensity of your workout a lil bit and start taking the food which are reach in protien for e.g 4 boiled egg whites,roasted chana with jaggery,sprouted mung etc. But remember ..dont take these protien food at night/evening .
