Directions
- Chop the onion, tomato and chili finely after washing them with fresh water.
- Take the egg contents and add salt to it.
- Beat it until frothy.
- Add the chopped veggies and mix it well.
- Now heat the oil in a pan and heat it
- Put the mixture to the pan.
- Cook for few minutes until the egg mixture started solidifying.
- Grate cheese on the omlet.
