Sweet Cheesy Chicken Breast

This is a high protein delicious recipe. The amalgam of flavour and spices will give your taste buds a twist.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken breast thoroughly.
  2. Marinate with a bit salt, ginger & garlic paste, pepper,chilli powder and curd to the chicken. Refrigerate it for an hour or two to make it juicy.
  3. Chop tomato and garlic.
  4. Heat butter in a deep vessel.
  5. Shallow fry the chicken breast pieces on both sides until both become brownish.
  6. Keep the chicken aside and add the chopped garlic to the same deep vessel.
  7. Fry chopped garlic until turns then add chopped tomatoes and salt. Saute thoroughly. Add chilli powder as per your taste.
  8. Add grated cheese cube and keep mixing until the cheese melts. Add a little bit of water if it is getting sticky.
