Garlic Roti

A healthy alternative for garlic bread.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make a dough of flour, water, 1/2 tbsp oil and salt and set for 10 minutes.
  2. Take remaining ingredients except oil and add all in one bowl and microwave it or heat it.
  3. Take some dough and roll it and cook it on pan with little oil. Then remove and cool it and cook again with more oil to became slightly crispy.
  4. Take the roti and put garlic ghee and enjoy.
