Directions
- Make a dough of flour, water, 1/2 tbsp oil and salt and set for 10 minutes.
- Take remaining ingredients except oil and add all in one bowl and microwave it or heat it.
- Take some dough and roll it and cook it on pan with little oil. Then remove and cool it and cook again with more oil to became slightly crispy.
- Take the roti and put garlic ghee and enjoy.
