Pasta with Spinach and Chicken
A non-dairy pasta is full of protein and super tasty.
Ingredients
Directions
- Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain well and set aside. Dice the chicken breast and saute in a little oil.
- As the chicken turns white add minced garlic and chopped spinach, let them cook for few minutes.
- Add parsley then add salt according to your preference. Add the boiled pasta along with a tablespoon of soya sauce to taste.
- Serve in a plate and add a boiled egg cut in half if desired.
