Pasta with Spinach and Chicken

A non-dairy pasta is full of protein and super tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain well and set aside. Dice the chicken breast and saute in a little oil.
  2. As the chicken turns white add minced garlic and chopped spinach, let them cook for few minutes.
  3. Add parsley then add salt according to your preference. Add the boiled pasta along with a tablespoon of soya sauce to taste.
  4. Serve in a plate and add a boiled egg cut in half if desired.
