Avocado and Sweet Potato Salad
A yummy salad made of fresh veggies and good fats for a healthy breakfast.
Ingredients
Directions
- First, chop the avocados and put it in a bowl.
- Then in a pan, add the sliced the boiled sweet potatoes and butter and fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Now put the sweet potato in the same bowl and add chopped tomatoes, corn, Broccoli, almonds and the salt and pepper according to taste and mix.
- If you want, you can change the ingredients as you desire by adding beans, eggs, onions and many others....
- Serve as it is or with a toast and enjoy :)
