Avocado and Sweet Potato Salad

A yummy salad made of fresh veggies and good fats for a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. First, chop the avocados and put it in a bowl.
  2. Then in a pan, add the sliced the boiled sweet potatoes and butter and fry for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Now put the sweet potato in the same bowl and add chopped tomatoes, corn, Broccoli, almonds and the salt and pepper according to taste and mix.
  4. If you want, you can change the ingredients as you desire by adding beans, eggs, onions and many others....
  5. Serve as it is or with a toast and enjoy :)
