Daal Ki Dulhan

Whole wheat dumplings soaked in dal and simmered in ghee, garlic and onions.

Directions

  1. Make dough of the wheat flour.
  2. Make dumplings that looks like veil of a bride.
  3. Put arhar daal to cook.
  4. When daal cooked up to 50% add the dumplings.
  5. Prepare tadka by heating ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds and minced garlic in it.
  6. Pour tadka in the daal.
