  1. Mix besan , buttermilk ,and water in a bowl
  2. Heat a pan. Put teaspoon of mustard oil. Heat it and add copped onions. And cook for one min
  3. Add cumin powder turmeric powder and chilli powder
  4. And put the besan buttermilk mix into pan and if it's thick put some water and boil on high flame than cook for 7 min on medium flame
