Palak Pulao

Brown rice with spinach.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook carrot, peas and french beans with salt and water.
  2. In a mixer add cooked spinach, green chillies, garlic and 1/4 of onion with some water and make a puree.
  3. In a pan add cumin seeds and roast it.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of water to it add onions and capsicum and let it cook then add puree and cooked vegetables.
  5. Then add rice and add masala.
