Pan Fried Chicken

Chicken with stir-fried leeks and broccoli.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Stir fry leeks and broccoli.
  2. Add salt and fish sauce.
  3. Rub salt and pepper on the chicken breast and place it on the center of the pan.
  4. Cook for four minutes on both sides and cover the pan for 2 minutes.
  5. Glaze the pan after taking te veggies and chicken off.
  6. Pour sauce over the chicken and finish.
