Tomato, Onion and Cheese Pasta
Filling whole wheat pasta in mixed sauce.
Ingredients
Directions
- Take about 1 litre of water in a pan and bring to boil.
- Add the pasta and cover the pan with a lid and reduce the flame to low for about 10 minutes.
Check when the pasta gets cooked and then remove from flame.
- Take another pan and sauté chopped onions and tomatoes.
Place it aside in another bowl.
- Take milk and add in a another pan. Add half cup of water from the pasta broth and let it boil.
- Add half tsp wheat flour to the pan, and mix it well. Let the mixture thicken.
- Add the sautéed onions and tomatoes in the pan and cook for a minute.
- Add salt, pepper and oregano with ketchup and give the mixture a good stir.
- Add the cooked pasta in the ready sauce and mix.
