Today is another day in the uphill climb of life! I have six back-to-back hours of work today; so it looks like a protein shake for lunch!

Hope everything went well with your work today. I stayed within my RDI today, and I had frozen yogurt, movie popcorn, steak and iced lemon cake. I can't complain on that kind of regimen!
