Slept well with only one wake up at 4 because the dog wanted out, then back to sleep and slept and dreamed pleasant dreams til even later than usual time. Awoke refreshed.

Wt. in sweats 190.5 which was exactly yesterday's wt. FBS 105. Went ahead and took 40 of lasix since was still a bit of the edema in my legs today. also K+

Started cleaning up my mess from the painting. Still have to paint inside the hot water closet with the kilz. Overcast and icky out today may rain, but probably will rain cats and dogs tomorrow but we have to go to the banquet and so will go ahead and stay here today and work and tomorrow go to town on our way to the banquet since we have to get out anyway.

Don't have to cook today have neough of the meat loaf left over and also some of the rice and stew.

My breakfast, eaten at 9:30 held me over til 2:45 before I got hungry. I made myself a "diet shake" for lunch, 2 cups powdered milk, a tbs of malt powder and a tbs of no sugar chocolate syrup. Add ice and blend. calories are low and it satisfies me and has "taste" and texture. Been ACTIVE with painting a closet (up and down ladder) and scrubbing the bathroom shower, fixing wall paper coming loose and all kinds of activities so got 5 hours of great exercise and got work done too. I hate peddling the bike it is like it is WASTED energy. Not that I would actually be doing anything else during the time I am peddlin except maybe watching TV or reading. SOOOO I'm going to start my spring cleaning early! (heck, not TOO early it is nearly end of Feb) and Take one room at a time and CLEAN it down to the washing the walls or painting as necessary. Throwing out and so on. I've been doing this for the past 3 years and it sure has made it easier to get rid of stuff I have hung on to. If I hung on to it last year and haven't used it since, then OUT IT GOES! I am not quite4 like these minimalist people who cut down to 100 items that they own or live in a monk's cell, but dog gone it, this 4 bedroom house, a 2 story 30x60 barn, and the 40 x 80 hangar and the 14 x 60 studio are all WAY TOO FULL of chit I don't use or won't use again! Got to get rid of it!
