Slept well, but went back to sleep at 7 and slept some more...didn't eat breakfast till noon then ate double portion....wt in jammies 189 before I ate...I think I've actually gained weight....been eating more than my share of calories and I know it....sodium is still low though.
Muscle aches all over, not horrible, just achy and wish it would quit. Getting old SUCKS!!!! Not much desire to DO anything and the weather is so grim! COLD Rain (but oh how we need it) been some horrible hail storms in some parts of the state but so far we are okay. Have the vehicles inside at least just in case.
No edema this morning which is good...
