@Prava34 I roughly take around 75g lean Protein, sources are Cooked chicken curry 100g for lunch and 100 for dinner (note that I don't eat chicken breast) 4 whole eggs for breakfast egg burji omelet egg roast ------------- I have transformed my body in 1 year and after that, I have been maintaining it. my bodyweight is 87.5 kg. I have been working out for more than 8-9 years
