not exercising or lifting weights and didn't get enough protein yesterday. am I losing muscle mass? i did do 20 bosu pushups in a row yesterday, though. yes! i think i'm still trying to get back in the swing after being sick and being at work is overwhelming. working for the first time in 9 months and a totally different type of work.
