ok, so i got the 500 calorie meal from applebees. the one with the shrimp and rice and veggies. i ate the 15 skewered glazed (lightly) shrimp and the broccoli. i did not eat the rice or the carrots. i have no idea how many calories to subtract! shrimp has around 85 calories for 15. i dont know about the glaze! i logged in 200 for the shrimp but have no idea if thats enough for the glaze or not!
