I have found that a calorie intake of about 1550 is ideal for me. It gives me lots of energy for my 6 days of workouts. If I drop lower, I feel tired and my workouts are not going well. Also I get hungry and cravings are dangerous as they can lead to binging. I still lose one pound a week which is great. Hopefully I will lose another four pounds before my trip to southeast Asia. Soon I will reach a weight that I was last at three years ago. Turning back time on my body! I can't wait to try on all the clothes I have kept from my thinner days!
