YEAH Killer work out tonight, take that Thanksgiving! i'll weigh again when i wake up tomorrow to get an accurate read. I ran on the treadmill for 20 mins, did 40 mins of weights, 35 mins of abs, AND i did a 45 min HARD CORE Step/cardio class, plus i'll do my normal 30 min speed walk at work later tonight.

Im not allowing that extra pound of sticky pudding to setttle in and get comfy- be gone you evil delicious desert! i was on the fast track to the 160's and dammit i'll be there before friday! I MEAN IT! I find if i get angry and swear at my fat (usually a good F U under my breath helps) , im very motivated to keep moving- running, lifting, crunching what ever it may be....yeah im kind of a freak.
