Well yesterday I jinxed my self by saying that I have been taking in around 600-1400 cals a day. Yesterday I hit 1700 my scheduled RDI GREAT!!! NOT!!!I have to stop doing that !!

Ever since my last visit to the doctor my weight then was 146.5 now I am up to 153. Not understanding why I keep going up when I walk/jog everyday for at least 45minutes in the am and sometime in the evening for another 1/2 hr. and even cut down on my portion size. I have been doing this for the last 3-4 weeks! wHAT THE H!!!! What am I doing wrong?
