Back on track... joined a challenge where fasting after 8pm. Trying to reduce carbs, getting there slowly. Walked at moderate pace for 45minutes.

On Sat didn't exercise at all as I was sick.
Missed 2 days of exercise. Feel horrible. I know I should have gone for my walk today but didn't.
No valid reason or excuse.

Felt really tired today after all the housework. Didn't feel like walking but still went. After 5 minutes, felt good and energetic.

Had dinner before 6p.m. However need to reduce amount of carbs consumed and should not have eaten the puff pastry. Today when it was time to go for my walk, didn't think of any excuses not to walk... feel great.
