I met my goal today. What a wonderful feeling it is. It was and still is a struggle, and I hope and pray that I can continue to stay at this weight. I did this totally on WW without exercise. NOW, I have to buckle down and start my exercising so I can get toned up.

Ate out too much this week, but the gain isn't as bad as it could have been. I am back on the bandwagon.

This has been a week that I have eaten way too much. This is the first gain that I've had since starting WW and it's a bit disappointing. I've got to get back on track.
