hello world! still feeling yucky today so havent eaten anything yet. i picked up some salad fixins at the kroger bar so thats an option. im sticking to 1000 calories a day and see how that does. my sister is doing great on 900 a day. i think both amounts might be too low but she said she tried a higher amount and didnt lose anything until she went down to 900. i think a little exercise to kick start the metabolism might be the answer. im hoping i get motivated to walk soon as the weather breaks. it is way too hot here for walking outside and we are always having cautions about our weather. My biggest problem is eating late at night because i often get off work at midnight and dont eat much on my 10 hour shift. im hoping that keeping what i eat at 1000 calories will help with that and it wont matter that im eating when i get home. we will see.
