Well today I got up and walked for 20 minutes because I joined a walking challenge last night. It is a 12 week beginner walking challenge. It is exactly what I need to get me moving. Believe me if I hadnt joined the challenge I absolutely would NOT have gotten out of bed in this nasty hot weather (81 degrees at 9am!) and walked! plus I had to do it early because I work 2-midnight today and tomorrow. This challenge is exactly what I need to get going. And it will boost my metabolism which is so sluggish even though im on my feet at work the whole time. Im so excited about my new life and ready to get fit.
