I was wondering if anyone can make some suggestions to me for light weight training. I am reading i am supposed to increase my muscle mass because muscle burns more calories than fat and helps with metabolism. It is also supposed to help with skin sagging issues. Ive started a 12 week walking program(dont know if walking builds muscle mass) and want to add some weight training but dont know how much is good or what part of my body i need to weight train. thank you for any help at all.

I am not an expert... Only just starting myself and relying on my personal trainer sessions to help me.... There are some really experienced weight training people on the site... I would post the question on the forum to get a good reply..... Be aware, you will probably get a mass response :-)
