well i ate almost 1100 calories today and so far so good. im kind of worried i wont lose weight eating this many calories but a lot of ppl on FS say i need to and i believe they know what they are talking about. there is a lot of experience on this website and i would be foolish to not listen. i know everybody is different and as long as im eating healthy i wont be doing my body wrong. tomorrow i work in morn then off for two days! i didnt hit my targets on my protein pie chart but i was pretty close. so overall im happy and full! my weight is still same as this morning (yes i checked) so yay for me! on monday im going to start my yoga. i got a few beginner dvds. i am also going to try and find some weight training dvds i can use at home.
