i didnt get my walk in today because my mom fell and broke her hip. i found out as i was leaving work. so i went up to hospital right away to be with her. she is on meds and doing fine. hopefully its a matter of putting a few screws in and some rehab. as far as my diet goes i think i did pretty well considering. i had a choice of fried chicken or bbq ribs. i chose the ribs. there wasnt much meat on it anyway. i also chose carrots and collard greens. the rest was all pastas and such that i knew i shouldnt take. i did get a fresh fruit bowl. i know fruit is sometimes high in carbs but it was the best i could do with no planning (the cafeteriea was closing in 15 minutes). i just ate a couple bites of the veggies because, frankly, they were awful! i drank a little of sprite zero and that was it! im home now and need to add some protein because now my fat % on pie chart has gone crazy lol. tomorrow morning have school registration for my son then on to hospital. this time im bringing healthy snacks and having a salad!
