feel great! was gonna walk up to walgreens (15 minutes) decided to go to kroger for lite shopping so ended up with a nice 40 minute walk. hopefully i can stay on track again with my walking since mom is getting better and we dont have to be there 24/7. "cold front" moving thru tonight so for the next 7 days or so will be in the mid to high 80s.
