so i went to the christmas party last night. they had an amazing buffet. i definitely went a couple million calories over my limit, mostly because i ate dessert. some kind of apple tart. i cant post my food only because i have no idea what all the food was made with, etc. I ate chicken breast and a little bit of everything. but was definitely a plateful. much more than i usually eat. it was wonderful! and i know it all tasted better than normal because i dont have it often.
today, we went out to lunch and i had chicken breast, cottage cheese and sweet potato fries.
Now im back on my diet and going back to normal. I cannot wait to see how my body reacts to this "spike"
I did dance quite a bit at the party so i burned some calories while having a great time!
I also had two drinks!
