The quantity is huge. Portion size is the key. Though it is still better than unhealthy stuff .

portion size matter thats right but in this case calorie intake for lunch is below 600 kcl

diet about 100 years back was good no heart disease kideny disease ... even when they dont know about dna

For me this looks awesome! as long as you add a little exercise even a large portion should be fine :)

@vinay. If you are serious about loosing weight. Portion size is as important as healthy vs unhealthy. In any case if you are not going to cut your portion size, stuff yourself with healthy food. Long term impact is your tummy is still used to huge portion sizes. So when you gorge on unhealthy food the damage is nuclear.

@gaurav . how much is a large portion in a luch we need at least 600kcl and if is below is no longer a large portion

@ Gaurav i totally agree with you . All I wanted to say was one is still going to lose weight ( maybe not in a healthy way) if one eats 1500 unhealthy calories instead of 3000 healthy ones . I believe in both portion control and eating healthy food plus exercise . Eating food in such huge quantities like in this photo can sadly cause weight gain . Too much for good food is equally bad in my opinion unless ofcourse one is trying to gain muscles and exercising really hard . Michel Phelps eats over 10000 calories a day when he is training for the olympics .
