Woo hoo!! Scale was nice to me this morning. What a great way to start my day. :) I got up early enough for a short walk around the neighborhood and to get breakfast at a good place. Have a wonderful Wednesday all!!!!
86.9 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
