A new low for me on the scale this morning! I am sooo close to my next mini goal of getting below 190. :) I'm glad it's Friday. It has been a long week, especially after the short one last week.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
