I don't know my weight this morning because I am away this weekend with my husband. I went way over my calories yesterday, but I have been getting a good amount of exercise while away by using the hotel exercise room and pool. We also went on a hike yesterday. My food choices have been good so I am not too worried about gain showing tomorrow. I love that I am able to wear junior size shorts and how my bathing suit is looking :)

hey I dont know if you have a smart phone but I found two really awesome apps for my iphone today: jefit (you need to join the website to download the workouts) and High Protein Recipes for Bodybuilding (Lite). Keep up the great work. I love looking at your numbers. 7.5 pounds away from your goal weight, WHOO-HOOO!!!!!

Pilliscn - Yes, I have a smartphone and use FatSecret on it too for keeping up with food logging, exercise, etc. I will check out the apps that you mentioned. The protein recipes sound like a good one and something I can definitely use.
