Lost most of the water weight from last weekend's carb-fest. Still up by 2 lbs. from last week, but that's a lot better than Monday's weight at 10 lbs. up.
110.8 kg Lost so far: 31.9 kg.    Still to go: 38.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
