Wow an unexpected new low! Dropped back down from my jump up. I have been doing pretty well just maintaining, but I need to get more exercise again to work on getting my body fat % down. Need to work on toning :)
79.7 kg Lost so far: 23.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
