went to bob evans for breakfast. had befit breakfast with eggs whites scrambled, cranberry multigrain pancakes and small fruit bowl.

weight steady (yay) eventually will start moving down, im sure!


heading out for a walk this morning. its cold but so sunny. beautiful out. going to walk about 4 miles


want to say im proud of my UL Football Cards! they played tough last night and pulled it out! GO CARDS
63.0 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
