Saw a respectable drop on the scale after my first day back on the wagon. I had planned to do all protein but ended up having a bit of salad at dinner.
I still feel kind of like I was hit by a truck, but I am back at work again today. DH is staying home today. He might have an ear infection. Aren't we a pair?
The weather has been just amazing lately. I am really starting to love living in Phoenix. I never would have imagined that could happen back when I was growing up here.
I am thankful to be on the mend and up and about. I was getting really stir crazy cooped up in the house.
